REFUND POLICY

At Opa Football Academy, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients with our coaching services. In the event that a client is dissatisfied with their experience or encounters an issue with a booking, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

      • The client provides a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a coaching session, as per our cancellation policy.

      • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances prevent the client from accessing or participating in a coaching session.

      • The client is dissatisfied with the quality of the coaching session or service provided by Opa Football Academy.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Clients requesting a refund must contact Opa Football Academy via email or phone to initiate the refund process.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined at the discretion of Opa Football Academy.

    • If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Refund Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

      • The client fails to provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a coaching session, as per our cancellation policy.

      • The client misses a coaching session without prior notice or valid reason.

      • The client's dissatisfaction with the coaching session is based on personal preference rather than an issue with the quality of the service provided.

  4. Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon approval.

    • The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the client's account may vary depending on the policies of the payment provider and financial institutions involved.
