TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Procedure:

   • Coaching sessions can be booked online through the official Opa Football Academy website.

   • All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions.

   • Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

   • Cancellations must be communicated directly to Opa Football Academy via email or phone call.

3. Session Duration and Timing:

   • Each coaching session will have a predefined duration, as agreed upon during the booking process.

   • Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration, at the discretion of the coach.

4. Coach Selection:

   • Opa Football Academy will assign a qualified coach based on availability and the specific needs of the client.

   • Requests for specific coaches may be accommodated whenever possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

5. Coach Conduct:

   • Opa Football Academy coaches are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

   • Coaches will provide guidance and instruction to the best of their abilities, tailored to the skill level and objectives of the client.

6. Client Responsibilities:

   • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including any relevant medical or physical conditions that may affect participation.

   • Clients are expected to adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by the coach during sessions.

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during coaching sessions.

7. Payment Terms:

   • Payment for coaching sessions is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by Opa Football Academy.

   • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or other methods as determined by Opa Football Academy.

8. Liability Waiver:

   • Participation in coaching sessions organized by Opa Football Academy is undertaken at the client's own risk.

   • Opa Football Academy, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during coaching sessions, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   • Opa Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

   • Clients will be bound by the most recent version of the terms and conditions available on the Opa Football Academy website or mobile application.

By booking a coaching session with Opa Football Academy, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
